4th October Server Downtime

Since the 4th October 18:30GMT, the server has been offline, I noticed a couple of hours later and sent a message to our server host telling them that the server is offline and I cant start it back up again, and they have said that they will try and fix it as soon as possible.
At 09:00GMT I sent them a reply to the ticket asking if they had an ETA for when I will be able to put the server back online, and they sent a reply saying "We don't have an ETA currently."
At 18:30GMT (24 hours of downtime) I sent them a message asking them if they have any information on the server.
At 18:34GMT I received a reply from them saying "I do not have any information at this time."

Good News!!!
The server will is now online again

I'll keep updating this as I get more news on the situation, I want the server back up as much as everyone else.

Before I vote, what would a pay scheme entail?

It would give people the opportunity to donate money towards the server cost. See below for for a breakdown of the server host options (New Vs Old)

Current host is cheap, but we get downtime (like this current period of downtime)

If we moved to a new host, it'd cost a bit more ($6 / £5) but we wouldn't have any downtime (i've worked with the new host before on previous servers), but due to the extra cost per month, i'd setup a group pay thing where you can throw some money towards the monthly server cost.
